World History  HISTORY OF EARLY CIVILIZATIONS
Welcome! This website is the online learning component of your history class. During the semester, students will engage in the historian's craft acquiring critical thinking and writing skills in order to become informed citizens. Course Philosophy

Know the past to understand the present to see the future. Students are the center of our California colleges. Under proper instruction and inspiration, students will learn to apply the lessons of history to achieve individual success and communal harmony. Popularized by Harvard University, Applied History is the explicit attempt to illuminate current challenges and choices by analyzing historical precedents and analogues.

Be responsible and give credit to others! Show your hard-earned research by citing accurately. In the United States, history students cite their sources in the Chicago or Turabian Style. If you use a citation generator,  always double-check your work!
